DO YOU WIPE THE LEDGES ON THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE? Yes. This is definitely considered a normal part of a window clean. We ensure absolutely nothing is left behind after our clean. We also always use leading industry detergents and methods so the end product is completely clean and streak-free glass with no chemical residue. This way they stay clean for much longer. The goal is to have your house in better shape than before! Anything else is a little bit weird...
