Well, like our last post stated, some things just CAN'T be UNSEEN...
For example, a perfectly simple job executed incorrectly-like cleaning windows or pressure cleaning a pavement surface. Once the 'damage' is done (and sometimes there actually CAN be damage!), its hard to feel ok wth the company who caused the damage. Would you trust them to rectify it? would you want them back on your property?

We find it pretty easy to always do the right thing, communicate the right way and clean with the correct methods and tools so you dont have to ever have a concern about the potential disagreeable outcomes.
Especially in this day and age when apparently the name 'Mr. Potato Head' is apparently offensive...we just put our heads down and bums up to work.
