This premium property required a highly technical surface clean & restoration that was the result of approximately 20 years of weathering. There was significant black biological-growth marks (mold & lichen) on the limestone exterior which was detracting from the presentation of this property.

This property needed rendered and micro cement surfaces delicately handled to eliminate mould and lichen growth that was evident, including stucco wall treatment and rinse clean. All ground surfaces were carefully cleaned with advised manufacturer procedures and the final window clean internal and external for a perfect finish before hand over.
